Despite being small-scale, with an average of 2.5 hectares, the farmers here grow exceptional Caturra, Catuai, Marseillesa, and Catimor beans. The beans used in our LIFT program are carefully selected from various clusters and undergo a rigorous process to ensure optimum quality and sustainability. Our producers prioritize the health of their plants and harvest the ripest cherries, all in the name of creating the finest coffee.
To highlight the distinctive qualities of the region, Mercon Specialty meticulously selected a small batch of coffee from Nueva Segovia, boasting a delightful brightness, balanced sweetness with milk chocolate and peach notes, and a luxurious heaviness.
