Get To Know Crystina!
Meet Crystina, a seasoned professional with 17 years in the coffee industry, focusing on specialty coffee for the past decade. Her journey began in cafes in Florida, and it was in Seattle since 2014 that she shifted her focus towards specialty coffee.
In 2021, during the pandemic, Crystina dedicated her time to learning about roasting, spending the year honing her skills while roasting for various coffee companies at Mercon Specialty's Seattle office. It was during this time that she initially connected with the team. By 2022, she was welcomed on board as a Customer Service Assistant. In April of 2023, she assumed the position of New Business Development, a testament to her strategic vision and forward-thinking approach. Her impact is evident in shaping the development of our website and e-commerce platform, critical tools that have not only fueled our growth but also empowered us to confront and overcome new challenges.
Outside of work, Crystina enjoys photography, tending to her houseplants, going on hikes, and spending time with her husband Nick and son Connor.
